SUMMARY – At Maestro Equity Partners, the Investment Associate/Senior Associate plays a key role across all phases of the investment lifecycle, from market analysis and deal execution to post-investment value creation. We’re looking for an independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can take full ownership of recommendations and project implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deal Origination (20%)

• Analyze consumer market trends to identify high-potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models to support company screening and valuation

Deal Execution (30%)

• Support legal, financial, and operational due diligence in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in transaction execution and deal structuring
• Lead ad-hoc initiatives with advisors to drive pre-investment value

Post-Investment Value Creation (50%)

• Coordinate the implementation of post-investment value creation plans
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key initiatives
• Lead targeted projects alongside advisors to accelerate impact

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field

Technical Skills

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Sharp business acumen with the ability to connect analysis to broader strategy
• Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication, both in English and Vietnamese; able to craft high-quality deliverables

Soft Skills

• High attention to detail and precision
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
